Hello, my name is Nadezhda and I am a personal property search assistant and I've been in this business for over six years now.
It all started with holiday rental properties. I was involved in preparing properties for rent, pricing, listing properties on various short term rental platforms, attracting clients through social media, all of which allowed property owners to increase their income and I gained tremendous experience and expanded my client base.
Then I had the unique opportunity to help people fleeing the war find new homes. I realised that for many of them it was not just about finding an apartment, but an opportunity to start a new life in a safe place.
Each client brought their own individual stories, aspirations and fears. I tried to find out what was important to them: proximity to school for their children, access to health facilities or the atmosphere of the neighbourhood. This enabled me to find options that really met their needs.
I am proud that I was able to help many people through difficult times and find a safe place that became a new home for them. This experience not only deepened my professional skills, but also taught me how to work with people with sensitivity and understanding of their situation.
Inspired by my success, I opened my own agency in 2024, focusing on full property services: renting, buying, selling and managing properties in Spain and Portugal.
